Serving Veterans and Their Families

When arranging for veterans' burial services, Heritage Mortuary is a one-stop-shop. We perform all the coordination for military honors and interment at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive in Boulder City, Nevada 89005. So, there is no need to contact them. Just bring your loved one's DD  Form 214 in when you have your arrangement conference with us. Call us today at 702-852-1464  to complete all the necessary paperwork involved in obtaining the military burial benefits that are available. The forms that you will complete with us include:

  • The Flag Request
  • The Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Policy
  • The Internment Request Date Form
  • Headstone Form
  • Presidential Memorial Certificate
It is our honor to work together with you  to pay tribute to our Veterans.

Note:  If this request is for the spouse that did not serve in the United States Military. They will only receive the interment and a shared headstone for the cost of $702-852-1464.
