When I met Darnisha and watched her grow into a beautiful woman

Hi my name is Marcella we moved next to Darnisha and her family back in 1986 or 87 she was just watching out the window I have a daughter and 2 sons ages at the time were Dk 10 -11 Andrew 9 - 10 Justin 8 -9 . Well we got to know the family really well. Darnisha took Dk under her wing like a big sister which she was and she and her brother Damion would come over my house was there 2nd home. Darnisha got her 1st job. Darnisha wanted Dk to go to this Sadie Hawkins dance at school Darnisha had it all planned to the T. Matching outfits everything . Darnisha hung around me more than usual that week begging me convincing me to let Dk go to this dance. Darnisha would say please pretty please and smiling as big as she could looking me in the eyes on 1 knee like a marriage proposal. Until I agreed I couldn't say no after all this convincing me they would be careful and safe. They were real late getting home Freda and I were calm but worried at the use time we were praying they better be safe because they we going to be grounded when they got home. They showed up tired giving us this story we had to believe them because the way they looked we had to laugh. Then I remember when Darnisha had her Daughter Dk and Darnisha looked at this baby and they laughed so much they were crying Darnisha said how do I do this looked at Dk and she said don't look at me can't help u on this one. Then Dk had her son Juan Dk thought she was going to break him Darnisha came over because Dk needed help asap she being a pro at it I came home they both are looking at Juan on the bed crying saying he was to small to pick up they were rocking the bed holding a pacifier singing trying to get him quite. I laughed so hard picked Juan up I thought both of them we going to fall out they were so tired only 20 mins I was gone they said never again. To many more stories to tell I'm glad I have those memories because I haven't been in touch with Darnisha and her family in the last 3 yts I missed having all that interaction with her and excitement drama. But our lives changed . But my feelings for Darnisha were always there she always had a place in my heart. I wish I could have spent some time with her to let her have known that but I feel she knew I loved her very much. My condolences to Darnisha mom and dad Freda and George Riles,Damion Shante And Darnisha children and as well as friends and many more family members. From Marcella and family
