Ronnie Dwayne Hudson Sr. was born in Las Vegas, Nevada at Southern Memorial Hospital on April 12, 1968, and he gained his wings on June 1, 2021. He was preceded in death by his mother Emma B. Nash, father Walter Smith and his sister, Barbara E. Smith.
Ronnie was the sixth child of his mother Emma B. Nash and father Walter Smith. Ronnie received his education from William E. Farron Elementary School, Jo Mackey Sixth Grade Center, Dell H. Robinson, and Eldorado High School. Ronnie worked for Bally’s Hotel for over 20 years as a prep cook until he has his first stroke. Ronnie had a passion for cooking and continues to cook for many years up until he passed.
He started a business and named it Intimate Settings with his best friend Luella which he ran for about 2 years. Ronnie was a member of Philadelphia Church of God in Christ for 20 years where he was ordained as an Elder. In 1992, Ronnie married Sharisse Armstrong, to this union four Children were born. Ronnie was a great father to his four children, a great brother to his sisters and brothers, a great nephew to his many aunts and uncles and an outstanding grandpa to his grandchildren who loved him dearly. He loved his grandchildren and spoiled all of them beyond measures.
Ronnie was survived by his children, Lakia Sanders (Lamel), Ronnie Hudson, Jr. of Mesa, AZ, Sharonda Hudson and Devyn Hudson. He is also survived by his siblings, Johnny L. Hudson, Elder David Hudson (Donicia), Matthew G. Young (Saliva), Victoria Hudson, as well as a host of family and friends all of Las Vegas, Nevada.
