In Loving Memory of Ola Washington

Ola Washington, the seventh child of Anna and Edward Harris. She was born in West Monroe Louisiana, on June 8, 1933.
She started her life journey at age 18, and headed west to Los Angeles California. When she was 20, she had her first child. Ola lived a blessed life. She had a rich off string of 10 children. As a single mother, Ola purchased her first home at 33.
Ola was a very generous person, known to feed and shelter just about anyone in need. In her pastime, she loved to bake, to cook, throw big events, and welcome you right into her home. Ola loved talking on the phone. She had a very sassy mouth.
Ola was an ambitious woman. She worked for LAX in her later years. Ola loved to help others in need. She became a foster parent where she adopted four of her 10 children. At the age of 70 she her BA.
Many can say a lot about Miss Ola, but what can’t be said, is that she wasn’t a truly giving person, Because this was her character and life until the day she died while providing for her loved ones well after. I thank her and will forever be grateful for all she has done for me and my siblings.
On, Friday, July 10, 2020, Ola Washington left this world and entered into enteral peace.
Ola Washington leaves to cherish her memories her loving family and friends. She will be missed, but will always remain in our hearts.
