Julia Nunez was born February 7, 1959, the fifth child of Elvira Nunez. Julia resided in Belize for her adolescent years and shortly after that she moved to California. Her stay in California was short lived and, she soon headed off for Washington.
Julia was devoted to her family and loved to have fun. As the matriarch of the family, Julia was unapologetically bold and outspoken. She was the mother of two beautiful and talented women with a soft spot for her grandchildren.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, she was a true testament of what it means to “Love and be Loved.” In her pastime, she enjoyed going out, cooking, and playing cards with friends and family. Julia was known to make you laugh, and even cry at times while letting you know how important it is to love, appreciate your family and friends while they are alive.
On February 4, 2021, Julia Nunez passed away after losing her battle with Cancer at Providence Hospital in Everett, Washington at the age of 61, three days before her birthday. She was proceeded in death by her mother, Elvira Nunez, two sisters: Maritza and Guadalupe and a brother, Luis.
She leaves to cherish her memories her five daughters: Vanessa, Ambe, Lana, Georgeth, Tisahni, two sons: Glendale and Daniel, 18 grandchildren, Kursha, Precious, Ocean, Kurl Jr., Shiloh, Kiesha, Marlie, Amirre, Jana, Eyahli, Jahmear, Jahleel, Jahcede, Jahmahni, Franklin , Kenny, Fleix, and Jahrel, and six siblings: Franciso, Judith, Ramona, Carmela, Victor, and Santos; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Julia Nunez, you will always be remembered for the love you had for your family and your friends.
