John Brown

March 30, 1967 — December 28, 2020

John Brown, Jr., was born in Seattle, Washington on March 30, 1967 to Mercille Brown-Arline and John L. Brown, Sr. He was the second oldest child. John received and accepted Christ as his Lord and savior at an early age.

John was a loving person who absolutely loved and adored everyone. He wanted to make sure everyone he came in contact with would feel the love he had and shared with them. When he would bid you farewell, he would always end the conversation with “I love you, and I am going to take care of you really soon.” He was known for his infectious smile, love, honesty and heart of loyalty.

John was a testament of faith. He taught so many people around him to trust the Lord even when situations or problems seem overwhelming and when you aren’t able to see the light through the darkness. He was fearless, steadfast and unstoppable. Nothing could hinder his determination to be free. John was free to love and to live life to the fullest.

If there was anything that John could leave with each of you today, it would be to reach for the impossible, believe the unbelievable, and watch God make all things that are wrong right.
