Ethel Fox was born in Pittsburgh, PA on October 23, 1945, to Luther and Leanna Estes. She moved to California in the late 1960's.
In the 70's, Ethel opened up her own embroidery shop. She did embroidery for the doctors jackets, several motorcycle clubs, high school letterman jackets, etc. Ethel was a foster parent for over 20 years, and she fostered hundreds of children. Ethel was employed at General Dynamics.
William & Ethel Fox relocated to Las Vegas and joined Evergreen Baptist Church in 1952, Ethel was on the Usher Board, a member of the Mass Choir, the Nursing Committee and involved in Sunday School.
Ethel was loved by everyone, and she would give the shirt off her back to them. Ethel was a devoted wife, faithful church member, Christian, devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
Ethel was preceded in death by her parents: Luther and Leanna Estes, and sister, Stephanie Rorie.
Ethel is survived by her husband, William Fox; daugther, Michelle Lesure; bonus sons: Lance Dillion, and Mark Perdue; grandson, Reggie McGrue; bonus daughter, Rachel Renee' Woods; nieces: Shannon Rorie, and Amber Rorie; nephews: Lawrence Estes, and Rodney Estes, Jr.; a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
