Earl Mcdaniel

Deacon Earl McDaniel was born August 12, 1939 to Sherman and Henrietta McDaniel who both proceeded him in death.

Earl T. as we called him, was the youngest son of 9 siblings. He attended school in Lake Providence, Louisiana where he dropped out of school to get a job to help his mother care for their home.

He was baptized in 1952 by the late Reverend Redman in Lake Providence, LA at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

He moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1971 where he reunited with the late Ozell McDaniel and eventually joined Grace Immanuel Baptist Church under the leadership of Willie C. Wheaton. There he remained a faithful member and Deacon until his death.

Earl and Ozell McDaniel married in 1975. They were married for over 40 years. He worked for Silver State Disposal for 30 plus years as a truck driver.

He was a very sharp dresser. He loved to play dominoes. He was known as the "Dominologist". The trap man would definitely trap you on them bones.

Earl T. was proceeded in death by his wife, Ozell McDaniel, son; Cory McDaniel, grandson; D'Angelo McDaniel, four sisters; Elsie McDaniel Miller, Gertrude McDaniel, Fannie McDaniel Brown and May Rita McDaniel Carter and two brothers; Anthony McDaniel and Dennis McDaniel.

Earl T., a strong, loving and caring man leaves to cherish his 2 children; Kenneth McDaniel and Mary Puckett Young, his brother; Anover McDaniel and sister; Ernestine McDaniel (both reside in Milwaukee, WI), 14 grandchildren; Sherraud McDaniel, Shakenya McDaniel, Kenny Montreal McDaniel, D'Mario McDaniel, Perriana Welch, Kenjuan McDaniel, Kenteal McDaniel and Kennedi McDaniel, Markee Hill, Carla Waters, Jerrell Waters, Sherice Waters, Carlton Waters and Carlotta Waters, 22 great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren, one special nephew Roy Jackson of Las Vegas, NV and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
