Dwayne Edward Lewis was presented to the world on November 13, 1988, in San Francisco, California. Dwayne's proud parents are Tammy Lewis-Williams and Randy Hawkins, Jr. Dwayne was the first son and second child of four siblings.

Dwayne's family relocated to Los Angeles, where he attended elementary school. The family relocated once more to Las Vegas, this is where Dwayne continued his educational career, received his high school diploma, where he made his home. Dwayne went on to build a career as a construction worker.

Dwayne was the jokester of the familjy. He was very wity and always made everyone laugh. Dwayne grew up in a household as the little brother of Naisha, older brother to Tanisha, Demaryae, and Lonisha-called to Heaven 2017. This blended family included Lonnie Earl Williams, stepfather, younger siblings Montoya Hawkins, sister and Lonnie Williams Jr., brother. There was never a dull moment and lots of memorable fun and excitement in the family.

Dwayne had plenty sugar and spice...yes he was definitely a daughter maker. He had 4 daughters, he was a constant in the lives of his daughters. Dwayne found abundant pride and joy in being a father. Dwayne and Brea Brown were blessed with Dwayne's first child Mahliyah Lewis. Brea Brown was a supportive factor throughout Dwayne's life. Dwayne was a provider for his daughters and co-parent that worked with Brea Brown and Laranique Thomas to raise the children. Laranique and Dwayne were blessed with 3 daughters: Demyiah, Dasia, and Destiny Lewis, they are expecting the 5th addition to the Lewis family.

Dwayne's Hwkins family was a big part of his life. Dwayne stayed in touch with his Hawkins roots by traveling to Los Angeles for family visits, and traveling to Texas to make aquaintance with his extended Hawkins family. He enjoyed spending time with his dad, sister, aunts, cousins, and any family he came in contact with.

On August 3, 2022, Dwayne Edward Lewis was struck by tragedy. On that day he began his journey to Heaven. Among the vast number of loved one's waiting forDwayne at Heaven's Gates are : Lonnie Earl Williams, Sr. Step Father; Lonisha Williams, Baby sister; Helen Lewis, Grand Aunt; Audry Lee-Lewis & Vivian Williams, Grandmother's.

Cherishing the memories Dwayne left on Earth are : Tammy Williams, Loving Mother; Randy Hawkins, Father; Larry Lewis, Grandfather; Bennie Hawkins, Grandmother; 5 daughters; Mahliyah, demyiah, Dasia, Destiny Lewis, and Makayla Brown, step-daughter, and addition is soon expected; 3 sisters: Niasha Lewis, Tanisha Armstong, and Montoya Hawkins; 2 Brothers: Demaryae Williams and Lonnie (Nikki) Williams Jr. ; Charles (Consuelo) Lewis, Uncle; 3 Aunts: Kaye Hawkins, Melanie Hawkins, and Lois Hawkins; A host of family, friends, and anyone who's heart was touched by Dwayne.
