Carolyn Hinton

On November 2, 1952, God bestowed upon us a special gift named Carolyn Davis. Carolyn was born in Las Vegas, Nevada to Leon and Alice Davis.

Carolyn attended and graduated from C.W. Clark High School in 1971.

Carolyn accepted Christ into her life at an early age and was baptized by the late Pastor Nathaniel Whitney at Greater Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church.

Carolyn was a long time New England Patriots fan who loved to have a good time, shop, and collect dolls and unicorns.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents Leon and Alice Davis; her brothers: J.D. Davis and Felix Osbourne; her sister, Lydia Ann Fountain and grandson, Brandon D. Gahagan.

Carolyn leaves behind to cherish her memory two daughters: Voletta O. Ireland and Karen D. Davis; two sons: Jimmie C. Davis and Eddie D. Davis; sisters Margaret (Edward) Jackson, and Estelle Ellington from Compton, California; three brothers: Pastor Harold Davis, Min. W. Leonard Davis and Isaac Anderson. Carolyn also leaves behind seven grandchildren: Ramarius D. Cooley, Osheawn M. Price, Davawn L. Price, Delisha Ireland, Jimmie C. Davis Jr., Jacob Virgil, and Jayden Virgil; four great grandchildren: Samiya N. Price, Era G. Price, Araya L. Price, and Osheawn M. Price. In addition to a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
