Obituary for Guadalupe Sanchez

Guadalupe Sanchez was born on September 2, 1932, in Linares, Nuevo León, Mexico to his father, Jose Sanches and mother, Maria De Jesus Garcia.

He came to Texas as a young adult to work in the agriculture field. Guadalupe met his wife, Delfina Treviño while dining at a restaurant where she was a waitress.

In 1954, the two married and to that union nine children were born: Jose Hilario Sanchez, Myrta Rosa Herrera, Adalberto Sanchez, Francisco Sanchez, Tomasa Warren, Sesar Sanchez, Elda Sanchez, Nehemias Sanchez and Santiago Sanchez.

In the early sixties, he began to study the Bible with Jehovah’s Witnesses and was baptized in 1963. In his pastime, he loved to travel and visit with his family in Idaho, Texas and Mexico. He was always well dressed in his custom made Tejano suits, cowboy hat and cowboy boots. He loved watching cowboy western movies, collecting rocks, listening to Mexican music and dancing. 

Guadalupe, died faithful to Jehovah his God. We look forward to seeing him again when he is resurrected to a paradise earth in perfect health and with all his loved ones. He was proceeded in death by his father, Jose, mother, Maria de Jesus, stepfather, Tomas, brother, Pedro Loredo, sister, Maria Antonia Loredo, brother, Tomas Jr. Loredo, daughter, Elda and son, Nehemias. 

He leaves to cherish is memories his children: Jose, Myrta, Adalberto, Francisco, Tomasa, Sesar and Santiago, son-in-law, Juan Herrera, daughter-in-laws: Rebecca Sanchez, Angie Sanchez, Lisa Sanchez, and Cynthia Sanchez, his siblings: Teresa Delgado, Manuela Rivera, Maria De La Luz Loredo Lores, Jose Loredo, Aopolonio Loredo and Juan Loredo, 25 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Guadalupe Sanchez, you will forever live in our hearts. You will be remembered for the love you had for your family and friends.
