Condolence: To our Sister-in-law and all our nieces and nephews - Fred will be dearly missed since he was the baby of the family in spite of being 54 years old. I know he hated being told that but what good is a big brother if he can't get under your skin once in a while. He was never shy about telling the world even how important all of you were to him and how much he loved you. He loved God and followed Jesus with the grace of the Holy Spirit so I am certain He is Heaven with daddy (Stoonie), Jim (our brother), Kamille/Kathy (our sister), our grandparents, Uncle Earnest (his namesake) and so many more family and friends. We are praying for Fred and sending our love to all his family which includes Sheila, his children and their mothers who made his life the best while here on earth. Condolence: So sad to hear the news of Fred's passing away.
Fred called me a few years back and asked me if I would consider joining him in a church planting effort in Las Vegas. At the time I was on staff at a church in a Chicago suburb ... but Fred and I had a deep spiritual conversation about the need for the gospel in Lad Vegas. My sympathies go out to all family and friends ... especially those in his hometown of Waterloo, Iowa.
